Product works as expected on airplanes and would probably get 4 stars (minor cons are that it’s a bit bulky and has fan noise) but Kensington customer service made me exceptionally happy that I bought this product. After losing my cigarette adapter (perhaps a flaw that it is easy to leave adapter behind when unplugging from an airplane) Kensington sent me an entire new unit under its 2 year warranty. Would be good if they offered replacement adapters separately but right now I can’t complain.
